As a rough guide, Celeron processors emit less heat than other types and they are most suited to smaller websites, while Pentiums are more powerful and therefore ideal for mid-sized websites that get a lot more traffic.

For really busy sites, a Dual Xeon is recommended for maximum processing power and for high end business use, such as processing secure transactions and working with large databases an Itanium processor is best.
